This April, one sandwich is doing more than feeding customers, it is helping grant wishes.
In honor of World Wish Month, Miracle Mile Deli will donate $1 from every famous hot pastrami sandwich sold to Make-A-Wish Arizona, supporting its mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Miracle Mile Deli sells more than 5,000 pastrami sandwiches each month, making it a simple way for customers to turn a routine order into real impact.
“Giving back has always been part of who we are,” said Josh Garcia, third-generation owner of Miracle Mile Deli. “We’ve been part of this community for decades and supporting organizations like Make-A-Wish Arizona is one way we can show up for the families who support us every day. It’s what being a local institution is all about.”
The need for wishes continues to grow. Last year, Make-A-Wish granted 15,743 life-changing wishes nationally, while approximately 27,000 children were newly diagnosed with a critical illness and became eligible. With 57 chapters nationwide, Make-A-Wish serves children in every community across the U.S. and its territories.
April is recognized as World Wish Month, celebrating the anniversary of the first wish granted to Chris Greicius, which inspired the founding of Make-A-Wish in Arizona in 1980. Since then, Make-A-Wish Arizona has granted more than 8,500 wishes to critically ill children across Arizona.
Customers can participate all month long by ordering a famous hot pastrami sandwich while dining in or ordering carry-out.
This promotion applies only to Miracle Mile Deli’s traditional pastrami sandwich and does not include specialty sandwiches that contain pastrami, such as the Combo, Straw, or New Yorker. We look forward to serving you soon!
