MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order of 8 for catering items priced per person or box.

DELIVERY
Delivery to your home or office is available for a nominal fee with minimum order of $100.

EXTRAS
Every party tray order includes plates, napkins & utensils.

NO DEPOSIT - NO RETURN
No deposit is required for party tray orders. After your guests have enjoyed our delicious food, the reusable trays are yours to keep.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of an order.

Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your pick-up or delivery time will incur a 75% charge of the entire order.

Sandwiches

1/4 pound of meat per person.

This option allows for two prepared sandwiches per person, served on assorted challah cocktail rolls with generous select cuts of the finest quality meats.

Add cheese to your sandwiches for .50 per person.

1/3 pound of meat per person plus cheese.

Each tray consists of generous select cuts of the finest quality meats.

Our delicious Hot Pastrami or Simmered Brisket Buffet consists of 1/3lb. of meat per person, served with fresh cocktail rolls, homemade potato salad & pickles. Ask the catering manager about our mobile chaffing dishes too!

Our delicious BBQ Pastrami or BBQ Chicken buffet includes nearly a half pound of meat per person and is served with assorted fresh cocktail rolls, homemade potato salad & pickles.
